WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Your package(s) will be shipped USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Most orders will be processed and shipped within two business days if placed by 3pm EST. Expected shipping time is generally 2-5 business days from date order is processed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All duties, taxes, or fees associated with clearance through customs are solely the responsibility of the customer. Vibrant Health will not guarantee the clearance of your shipment through customs; please check your country's list of prohibited items that may prevent clearance of your shipment. Vibrant Health will not be held responsible for any lost or undeliverable shipments. All international shipping fees are non-refundable.Â
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International and may take 6-10 business days for delivery.

In our continued effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box with air pillows that contain an additive that accelerates biodegradation.
RETURNS
NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM OUR ONLINE STORE?
No problem. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means you may return any item purchased from our online store (see below policy if you purchased our product from another retailer) for any reason within ninety (90) days of purchase. Please note: the date of purchase is the ship date for online orders. We offer a full refund for unopened items, with all packaging seals in place. If your item has been opened and you wish to return it, we offer a merchandise credit in the value of your original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.**
